Method In a pan heat oil. Add the sundried tomatoes. Saute for sometime. Cover and cook for 10 min. When tomatoes are soft add the tamarind paste. Mix well. Cook for another 10 min. It will turn darker . Add tge mustard n fenugreek seed powder. Turmeric; salt and red chilli powder and jaggery. Mix well. Cook till oil separates. Cool it for some time then grind this into a smooth paste. In anothr pan heat oil add all ingredient for tampering. Add the tomato paste in it. Mix well and cook for 2 min. Serve with roti, rice , dosa , or anything.
